Do you take deliveries? Yes, Monona Self Storage allows you to deliver to our office (small packages), or even right into your unit (large packages). We will receive from any major carrier and can sign for you if you authorize us to do so. We also offer shipping supplies including boxes and tape. Do you offer car storage? Yes, cars, trucks and even some boats will fit in our larger units. Can I change unit sizes as I need more or less space? We can always move you to any unit we have available, and with notice we will reserve the next available unit for you with no additional fees. What can I store at your facility? As long as it is legal, non-flammable and non-living we can store it! What size unit do you recommend? The amount of space required depends too much to have a set recommendation, stop by ir call today and we can set up a showing for you to look first and then choose the right storage unit for your needs. Can you bill my credit card monthly rather than billing me or having to pay up front? Absolutely, our proprietary software makes automated payments a breeze for both you and us, you can even choose the day of the month you would like to have your rent charged to your credit or debit card. Do you offer car storage? Yes, cars, trucks and even some boats will fit in our larger units. Is there a minimum rental period? One month's rental is our minimum lease term, after one month you are only locked into a month to month lease which can be cancelled within our terms at any period. |
